Description
The bell-like flowers of dog’s tooth violet (Erythronium spp.) all share a nodding habit in common and will slowly broaden as they mature. ‘Pagoda’ is a bright yellow cultivar, while others in the genus are indeed pinky-violet or white. As it prefers some shade, Erythronium provides a short-lived but intense splash of colour in a woodland garden setting.
