Description
Weathered and broken sandstone slabs scattered at the top of Millstone Edge are still covered in frost some time after sunrise, as the light’s intensity filters through mist. This spot provides views across Hathersage Moor, in the National Trust’s Longshaw Estate, to Higger Tor, a flat-topped hill, that appears just above the mist.
