Description
Glyder Fach (994m) seen from Cwm Tryfan is a challenging climb. This little valley is littered with boulder debris from the surrounding mountains composed from rhyolitic tuff, the subsequent erosion of which has created the fiercely jagged profile. This range is referred to as the Glyderau group, aka the Glyders, and it dominates the skyline to the west of Capel Curig village.
