Description
The Cutting Edge is a 90m long sculpture made from Sheffield steel that defines the area between Midland Railway Station and Sheaf Street. The project was a collaboration between Chris Knight, Keith Tyssen and Brett Payne, with glasswork by Keiko Mukaide. The sculpture appears most dynamic at night, when flowing water is illuminated along its entire length with blue light.
