Description
As the sun sets causing Ullswater, the second largest lake in Cumbria, to fall into shadow, the last warm light colours the blue sky magenta. Across the lake’s glassy smooth surface towards Glenridding village Place Fell rises to 657m, towering over Ullwater’s southern reaches.
