Description

Small yellow foxglove (Digitalis lutea) was introduced into Britain in 1629 and since then it has become established in the wild in certain locations. It is much shorter than the native purple foxlglove (D. purpurea) but it bears similarly-sized flowers that are equally attractive to bees.
