Description

Climbing hydrangea (Hydrangea anomala subsp. petiolaris) hails from woodland and montane habitats in China and the Himalayas. It makes a good choice for a north-facing wall, as it tolerates shade well, and will climb without support. The flowers are particularly popular with bees.
