Description
English bluebells (Hyacinthoides non-scripta) growing in Penglais Nature Reserve, Aberystwyth, Ceredigion. The broadleaf woodland includes common beech (Fagus sylvatica), a fine example of which is seen here. Parc Natur Penglais is sited in a disused quarry and is a UNESCO Man and Biosphere urban reserve.
